4Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with people who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Our team at XCONS Solutions Ltd.
- Hosting and email: Vercel, Resend, Hostinger
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity
- Payments and banking: Stripe, Tide
- Messaging: WhatsApp Business (Meta)
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
5International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. When data leaves the UK, we use a recognised safeguard: UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US Data Bridge for certified US companies), or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. 6How long we keep it

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@xconssolutions.co.uk. We reply within one month.
8Security
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and accounts limited to the people who need them. Access you give us to your Google or website accounts is used only for your plan and removed when it ends.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, contact us first at info@xconssolutions.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
