Terms and Conditions

Roofing SEO Services is a trading name and division of XCONS Solutions Ltd., registered in England and Wales, company number 16117496, registered office 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, England, IG6 3SZ. “We” and “us” mean XCONS Solutions Ltd. “You” means the business buying our services.

We provide services to businesses, including sole traders acting for their business. By ordering, you confirm you are acting for your business and not as a consumer.

The free roofing SEO audit is free and carries no obligation to buy. Its findings are our professional opinion at the time, based on public data and anything you share with us. We may limit free audits to one per business.

Each plan includes the services listed on our pricing page on the date you sign up, and the towns or areas we agree with you in writing. One-off services, such as the Google Business Profile Set-up & Fix, are completed once and have no minimum term. Work outside your plan, such as a site rebuild or migration, is quoted and agreed separately before it starts. Add-ons can be added or removed with 30 days’ notice.

Monthly plans have no minimum term. They continue month to month until either of us gives 30 days’ written notice by email. There is no cancellation fee. If you pay 3 or 6 months upfront, the 30-day notice still applies.

Plans are paid monthly in advance. If you pay 3 months upfront you save 5%; if you pay 6 months upfront you save 10%. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it’s paid, and we may charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

You can move up or down a plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next monthly payment.

While your plan is active and paid, we won’t provide SEO services to another roofing company in the towns or London boroughs listed in your agreement. This doesn’t cover areas that aren’t listed, and it ends when your plan ends.

We don’t control Google, Google Maps or AI tools, and their systems change without notice. We don’t guarantee any ranking, position, AI mention, number of enquiries or revenue. We guarantee to carry out the work in your plan with reasonable skill and care, and to report on it monthly.

You agree to:

• give us the access and information we need, such as to your Google Business Profile, website and analytics
• approve or comment on work within 7 days, or we may treat it as approved
• make sure everything you tell us about your business is true, including trade memberships, accreditations, prices and reviews
• only ask genuine customers for reviews

Delays caused by missing access or approvals don’t reduce your fees.

Your Google Business Profile, website, domains and accounts always remain yours. Content we create for you becomes yours once the fees for that month are paid. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and reports, and you may use the reports for your business.

Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information private. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process your customers’ personal data for you, such as sending review requests, we act as your processor under a data processing agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or any indirect loss. Our total liability in connection with your plan is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Either of us may end a plan straight away by written notice if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn’t fix the breach within 14 days of being asked, or becomes insolvent. When a plan ends, we remove our access to your accounts, and fees for work already done remain payable.
